Delta restaurant is located in room D of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center and its peculiarity is that it is serving only on Sundays, as during the rest of the week the room is available for various events.
Consequently, the challenge was to design a space of high aesthetics, which will reflect the principles of both the restaurant (greekness, fine raw materials) and the S.N.F. while at the same time, it will be designed in such a way that it can be easily assembled and disassembled.
The furniture are freely placed in the space and assembled and so is the bar structure. The space dividers are portable and the luminaires are all mobile, placed on existing power supplies spots.
In terms of materials, wood, Kozani marble and mats were used, which, in combination with the selected colors and plantings (which are in pots in order to be mobile) create a visual continuity with the outdoors.
