The apartment is located on the top floor of a residential modern design complex located in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki. During the design process it was decided to maintain the internal layout of the apartment, with minimal changes, as it covered the required needs. The apartment was fully renovated. All elements were removed including the flooring, offering a choice of new materials and installations to be used. Also, during this process our suspicions that the ceiling of the living room was constructed using a Zoellner slab, were confirmed. Which when revealed, became actively involved in the final aesthetic of the apartment. All the furniture was designed and manufactured exclusively for this space except for the sofa, the dining table and chairs.
