Leisure Gates is a residential complex in Nea Skioni that blends with the natural landscape, offering southern orientation and stunning views. The 15 residences (13 subterranean and 2 two-story) follow the terrain’s slope, ensuring uninterrupted views of the sea. Green roofs on the subterranean homes (except the two-story units) enhance the connection with nature and improve the microclimate. The residences are grouped into four clusters and offer two types based on the number of ensuite bedrooms (2 or 3).
