Located in a verdant suburb of Thessaloniki, this private residence is designed to harmonize with its natural surroundings while maximizing its connection to the garden. The concept centers on creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, achieved through two distinct prisms that curve around a central courtyard. This courtyard ensures privacy while maintaining openness, with a striking glass “bridge” linking the two volumes. The villa features a double-height living room that offers expansive views of the garden and swimming pool, as well as six ensuite bedrooms. The ground floor establishes a clear division between communal areas and private spaces, while additional ensuite bedrooms occupy the upper level of both volumes. The proposed design was dictated by the family’s evolving needs, leading to the development of an adaptable layout that allows the two volumes to be converted into smaller, self-contained residences in the future.
