The architectural proposal concerns the development of a contemporary office building, aiming to upgrade the working environment and enhance the overall urban character of the area. The building is organized vertically around a central atrium, which functions as a core of natural light, greenery and social interaction. This vertical development is based on a spiral gesture, where each floor slightly rotates in relation to the one below. At the same time, curved projections are formed, contributing to shading and improving the building’s bioclimatic performance.
The façades are articulated through earthy materials, such as brick and oxidized steel, and incorporate perforated shading elements, giving the building a contemporary yet timeless character.
The building program includes a bank branch, reception areas and an auditorium on the ground floor, while the upper levels accommodate flexible workspaces with a combination of open-plan and enclosed offices, collaboration areas and rest spaces. The basement levels provide parking and support functions.
The overall design approach focuses on connecting indoor and outdoor spaces, utilizing natural light, and creating an environment that enhances well-being, collaboration and efficiency. The building emerges as a contemporary architectural landmark, in direct relation to the demands of an evolving workplace landscape.
